STEP 1 : Product survey

We will confirm in advance whether the products you wish to purchase are acceptable in the destination country. Please note that dangerous goods such as products with built-in rechargeable batteries, lighters, perfumes, etc., in particular, cannot be shipped internationally without special procedures.

Customers are advised to check import regulations, customs duties, etc. in the destination country in advance.

In the unlikely event that you are charged high taxes in the recipient country, or that the product cannot be imported and must be returned, we will not be able to refund your money.

STEP 2 : Request for a representative

Once you have decided on a product, please send us a request by e-mail.

Please provide us with the following information: Your Name, Telephone Number, Email Address, Shipping Address, Retailer, Name of the product you are interested in, and quantity.

If you are attaching photos or other documents, please submit them in JPG or PDF format. If you attach files in other formats, such as ZIP format, we will delete them for computer virus protection.

STEP 3 : Cost Calculation

We will determine if the product can be shipped overseas, and if so, we will calculate the cost and send you an invoice by e-mail

STEP 4 : Payment

Please make payment to our company for the amount we have informed you.

International shipping charges will be invoiced at a later date, as the amount will not be finalized until the product actually arrives at our warehouse.

If you are sending money from overseas, please pay the bank charges in Japan.For payment by credit card or Paypal, 5% of the invoice amount will be added as a transaction fee.

STEP 5 : Purchase on behalf of the customer

We purchase the product on your behalf.

STEP 6 : Calculation of shipping charges

After we receive the merchandise, we will send you an invoice for international shipping charges, which you will need to pay.

STEP 7 : Shipment and receipt of goods

After confirming the payment of the international shipping fee, we will ship the product.
